Spa Check-In
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. This will allow you ample time to change into your spa robe and prepare you for your relaxing spa service.
Cancellation Fees & Spa Policies
We require a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice on any spa service or you will be charged the full cost of services ordered.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any of the services. They are appreciated and are solely at your discretion.
Personal Possessions
Please remove any jewelry prior or having your spa service. Spa personnel and the hotel cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to any items.
